ImGlossy currently ONLY offers refunds and exchanges for items that were incorrect, missing from your order, or damaged during shipping.
  • My lip gloss was damaged upon arrival. How can I receive a refund or exchange?

We are so sorry to hear that your product was damaged during shipping. We will gladly send you a replacement after you do the following, within 1-2 business days of delivery:

  1. Take 2 pictures of the package and items damaged.

  2. Email both pictures to imglossybyashleigh@gmail.com

Please remember to include the following in your email: Your name, mailing address, phone number, and invoice number. 

  • How Do I cancel or edit a placed order?

Once an order has been placed, you have 24 hours to cancel or edit the order. For all cancellations and order changes, please contact us at imglossybyashleigh@gmail.com. Be sure to include your name, mailing address, phone number, invoice number.

  • When will my order be shipped?
    Orders take 1-3 business days to process and 1-3 business days to ship. Orders are only shipped during the working week (no weekends or holidays). All orders are shipped via USPS First Class. First Class orders may take anywhere up to 3 days to ship anywhere in the United States. We are not responsible for lost items during shipping. 

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payments from all major Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, China Union Pay, JCB, Diners, CartesBencaires, Electron, Maestro, and PayPal. During Pop Up Shop events, we accept payments in cash, CashApp, PayPal, and all major Credit/Debit Cards.

  • What are ImGlossy lip glosses made from?
    All ImGlossy lip glosses are handmade with a cruelty free, gluten free, and vegan Versagel and mixed with 100% Coconut Oil, Vitamin E oil, Flavoring Oils, and liquid lip pigments. Ingredients can be found in the product details.

  • How often are products restocked?
ImGlossy products are restocked weekly. Exclusive products may be available for limited times only. Products that are not available will be advertised as such.
  • How can I find out when new products are released or upcoming sales?
You may subscribe to our weekly newsletter, packed with exclusive deals, subscriber only promo codes, and new products. Also, be sure to follow our social media channels for live sales and shows. 
  • Are ImGlossy products sold in bulk?
You may purchase some products by wholesale, or in orders of 10 or more. Please send your request to imglossybyashleigh@gmail.com for more information.
  • Does ImGlossy sale custom gloss colors?
You may request a custom gloss color only by wholesale. Please send your request to imglossybyashleigh@gmail.com for more information.
  • How do I use discount/promo codes on my order?
Once you have selected all of the items you would like to purchase and added them to your cart, you will be able to enter a discount code on the checkout page. Codes can only be used for the dates listed on coupon. One code per purchase.
